All applicants that wish to be considered for a position must provide the following:

2. Documentation of valid H2S, First Aid, and CSO certification
3. Recent copy of clean driver's abstract (must have at least a valid class 5 license)

Mandatory Characteristics of candidates include:

1. Punctuality and willingness to work!
2. Must be physically fit...able to lift heavy objects safely, climb up and down multiple times a day, and prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
3. Must learn quickly and show initiative! It is critical to understand the needs of the company and of other operators on a day-to-day basis.
4. Must have a positive attitude and be an excellent representative of our company!
5. Must be drug free!

Preferred traits:

1. Mechanically inclined
2. Pumpjack installation experience an asset
3. Air brakes endorsement on driver's license
4. Good communication skills and sense of humor
5. Hands on learner, willing to ask questions and develop their skills
