New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Temporary (approx. 18 months) Receptionist for our Administration Office located in our Downtown Food Store in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

What you'll do:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and positive attitude
- Answering phones calls and direct them to the appropriate person/department
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks; ordering office/department supplies, opening and distributing daily mail, sort and file department sales
- Sort and prepare equity request and changes
- Cash office duties as required
- Other duties as assigned

Who you are:
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role/office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office:Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization
- Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team environment
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
