Gas Bar Supervisor - Westgate

New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Gas Bar Supervisor at our Westgate Gas Bar in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

What you'll do:
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Provide direction to Team Members in the Gas Bar
- Operate gas pumps, cleaning windshields, and checking oil levels
- Process fuel and merchandise payments through the cash register
- Assist with paperwork, scheduling, and other supervisory tasks to support the Gas Bar Team Leader
- Order, receive, unpack and display merchandise as necessary
- Prepare the daily pump and cash reconciliation reports
- Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain the store standards of cleanliness
- Other duties, as assigned

Who you are and what you have:
- Strong communication skills
- Supervisory experience is required
- Previous Gas Bar experience is an asset
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong math skills and basic computer skills
- Some heavy lifting may be required, up to 50lbs
- Availability to work on a very flexible schedule (Morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends)
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
