Key position functions include:

• Coordinate daily activities of the AfterMarket Services (AMS) shop and personnel
• Coordinate and ensure the assembly, testing and painting of equipment as per Company requirements
• Verify and authorize the payroll hours summary for department personnel
• Develop schedules, assign and monitor work and gather resources as required
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
• Responsible for all equipment and tools for the area, report any problems or repairs
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining area for daily and annual inventory counts
• Work in conjunction with Inside Sales and Service in order to meet customer needs and schedules
• Enforce current Company policies, expectations, and Health and Safety programs
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Proven leadership with the ability to build strong teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of all wellhead products and the service industry
• Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
